Analysis of motor performance in youth players within winter preparation period in soccer in Liberec region

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce byla analýza motorické výkonnosti mládežnických hráčů v rámci zimního přípravného období ve fotbale v libereckém regionu. Měření se zúčastnilo 32 hráčů ze dvou libereckých fotbalových oddílů FC Slovan Liberec a TJ Sokol Ruprechtice ve věkové kategorii U14 a U15. Motorická výkonnost byla otestována autorem vybranou vhodnou testovou soustavou, která zahrnovala testy flexibility, rychlosti, síly a vytrvalosti. Hráči týmu FC Slovan Liberec potvrzují předpoklad, že dosahují lepších výsledků na základě větší trénovanosti než hráči TJ Sokolu Ruprechtice.

Abstract:

The main goal of this bachelor´s thesis was to analyse the motor performance of youth players in the winter training period in football in the Liberec region. The measurement was done by 32 players from two Liberec football teams FC Slovan Liberec and TJ Sokol Ruprechtice in the age category U14 and U15. Motor performance was tested by a suitable test system selected by the author, which included tests of flexibility, speed, strenght and endurance. Players of the team FC Slovan Liberec comfirm the assumption that achieve better results based on more training than players of the TJ Sokol Ruprechtice.
