Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá specifiky role učitele v Montessori pedagogice v primárním vzdělávání. Popisuje Montessori pedagogiku, hlavní funkce a poslání Montessori učitele. Zabývá se tím, do jaké míry jsou uplatňovány principy učitele v praxi, jak se učitelé s touto rolí ztotožňují a jaká úskalí skrývá.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the specifics of the teacher's role in Montessori pedagogy in primary education. It describes Montessori pedagogy, the main functions and mission of the Montessori teacher. It deals with the extent to which the principles of the teacher are applied in practice, how teachers identify with this role and what pitfalls it hides.
