Tematem bakalarske prace jsou filantropicke aktivity americkych milionaru Andrew Carnegieho a John D. Rockefellera. Prace identifikuje nejdulezitejsi motivy, ktere vedly Carnegieho a Rockefellera k filantropii, a porovnava shodne a odlisne rysy v jejich pristupech.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the philanthropic activities of the Gilded Age millionaires Andrew Carnegie and John D. Rockefeller. It indentifies the most important motives behind Carnegie's and Rockefeller's philanthropy and compares their individual approaches to it.
