Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou postihu násilí na úřední osobě, které se v poslední době věnuje pozornost odborné i laické veřejnosti. Práce má proto v návaznosti na současnou judikaturu a odbornou literaturu analyzovat skutkovou podstatu tohoto trestného činu, osvětlit rozdíl mezi působením na výkon pravomoci úřední osoby a pro její výkon a zabývat se postihem za tyto činy.
