Cílem této práce je zhodnotit, jakým způsobem Mezinárodní trestní soud přistupuje k rozhodování o zločinech sexuální povahy, zejména o zločinu znásilnění a sexuálního otroctví. V práci jsou skutkové podstaty těchto zločinů nejdřív definované, a to na základě judikatury trestních tribunálů a mezinárodních úmluv. The aim of this study is to assess the International Criminal Court attitude towards dealing with the crimes of a sexual nature, especially the crime of rape and sexual slavery.
