Damage Caused by an Animal and Compensation for the Harm of an Animal
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřená na škodu způsobenou zvířetem a náhradě při poranění zvířete z pohledu nového občanského zákoníku. Dále jsou definovány pojmy použité v diplomové práci. Pozornost je věnovaná historii postavení zvířete v občanském právu, obecně odpovědnosti za škodu a její náhradě. Veřejnoprávní úprava je zahrnuta pouze okrajově.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on the damage caused by animals and replacement of animal injuries included in new Civil Code. Then basic concepts of thesis are defined. Attention is paid to history of the animal in civil law, liability for damages and compensation. Public law is included only marginally.
