Abstract:
Tato práce si kladla za cíl otestovat vliv abiotických oxidací v různých variantách a kombinacích na půdní mikrobní společenstva v kontaminované zemině. Ideou experimentu bylo otestovat vliv oxidačních činidel na mikrobní společenstva analýzou fosfolipidových mastných kyselin PLFA. Abstract:
The aim of this study was to test the influence of abiotic oxidation in different variations and combinations on soil microbial communities in contaminated soil. The objectives of the experiment were to test the effects of oxidising agents on the microbial community by analysis of phospholipid fatty acids (PLFA).
