Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je multikriteriální vyhodnocení skladby variant obvodového pláště a stanovení architektonického souladu tvaru střešní konstrukce v kontextu širšího okolí stavby. Stanoveným cílem je projektová dokumentace rodinného domu s obchodem v úrovni provedení stavby včetně porovnání navrženého variantního řešení obvodového pláště z hlediska vlastností zdících a tepelně izolačních materiálů, které budou ve výsledku multikriteriálně vyhodnoceny. Tato práce také porovnává architektonický soulad tvarového řešení navrhovaných střech na řešeném objektu v kontextu širšího okolí pomocí vizuálního zobrazení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část podává informace o obvodových pláštích a střechách a informuje o problematice environmentálních témat. Druhá aplikační část představuje samotný projekt rodinného domu s obchodem a řeší posuzování materiálů obvodových plášťů, které vyústí v multikriteriální vyhodnocení. Současně zde jsou zobrazeny výsledky zasazení tvarového řešení střech do širšího okolí objektu pomocí modelu a pohledů do reálných fotografií.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with multicriterial evaluation of the composition of the peripheral shell variants and the determination of the architectural harmony of the roof structure in the context of the wider surroundings of the building. The aim of this work is project documentation of a house with a shop in the level of construction including comparison of the proposed variant solution of the facade in terms of the properties of masonry and thermal insulation materials, which will be evaluated multicriterially. Another aim is to compare the architectural harmony of the design of the suggested roofs on the designed object, in the context of the wider surroundings, by visual representation. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, the theoretical part, provides information about enclosures and roofs and also informs about environmental issues. The second, application part, presents the project of the family house with the shop and deals with the assessment of the materials of the peripheral walls, which result in a multi-criteria evaluation. At the same time, there are the results of setting the shape of the roofs into the wider surroundings of the building, using the model and views into real photographs.
