The Beginning Teacher´s Authority and Its development
Abstract:
Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na tři větší témata: autorita, učitel, kázeň a nekázeň. První téma se obecně zabývá pojmem autority, definicí, členěním a autoritou v rodině a ve škole. Další celek je zaměřen na osobnost učitele, jeho autoritu a faktory, které ji ovlivňují. Poslední část je věnována pojmu kázeň, příčinám nekázně, prevenci a její diagnostice. The theory part is divided into three major topics: authority, a teacher, discipline and the lack of it.The first topic deals with the term authority in general its definition, classification, an authority in a family and at school.
