Abstract:
Anotace : Tato bakalářská práce se zbývá tématem, jakými právními povinnostmi jsou zatěžováni a omezováni vlastníci lesů při hospodaření v lesích, jejich užívání a ochraně lesů, to znamená při jejich realizaci svých vlastnických práv.
Abstract:
The aim of study: This bachelor study is focused on legal regulations affected forest owners in their property rights, such as forest management, utilization and protection, by some restrictions especially.
