Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou amatérských badatelů ve 30. letech 20. století ve vymezené oblasti Brno-venkov a zároveň nastiňuje průběh výběru, evidence a tezaurace archeologických nálezů nalezených zmíněnými osobami. Kdo byly tyto osoby? Odkud pocházeli? Co bylo důvodem jejich zájmu o historii? Jaké bylo dobové pozadí? To jsou otázky, na které se bakalářská práce snaží odpovědět. Prostřednictvím archivních pramenů, rozhovorů a literatury autor sestavuje jejich biografie a následně se snaží tyto otázky prokázat a zodpovědět. Poslední příležitost, aby toto téma opět spatřilo světlo světa, je právě nyní, neboť mezi námi stále žije několik pamětníků, kteří jsou ochotni poskytnout alespoň zlomek informací, které by jinak byly navždy zapomenuty.

Abstract:

This Bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of amateur researchers during the 1930‘s in the defined area of Brno-Venkov and at the same time outlines the course of selection, registration and thesauration of archaeological finds found by the mentioned people. Who were these people? Where did they come from? What was the reason for their interest in history? What was the background of the time? These are the questions the Bachelor’s thesis aims to answer. Through archival sources, interviews and literature, the author composes their biographies and then attempts to demonstrate and answer these questions. The last opportunity for this topic to see the light of day again is now, as there are still a few survivors among us who are willing to provide even a fraction of the information that would have been forgotten forever.
