Evaluation of odorous substances in pleasure hematooncological patients in relation to nutrition.

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na problematiku hematoonkologicky nemocných, především pak na čich a hodnocení pachových látek při jejich léčbě. Právě čich hraje významnou roli ve výživě pacienta. Z výsledků vyplývá, že mírně horší bodové zisky byly prokázány u pacientů absolvujících léčbu cytostatiky platinového typu (skupina ostatní) a také starší osoby. Pacienti podstupující hematoonkologickou léčbu označovali obecně pachové látky jako příjemnější, než osoby zdravé. Tyto skutečnosti jsou reflektovány s odbornou literaturou a posouzeny v odborné části práce.

Abstract:

The work focuses on issues of Hematology patients, especially the smell and odorous substances in the evaluation of their treatment. It is the sense of smell plays an important role in the diet of the patient. The results show that a slightly worse score gains were demonstrated in patients undergoing treatment with cytotoxic platinum type (other group) and the elderly. Patients, who are treat by chemotherapy, generally recognizable odorants as more pleasant than healthy persons. These facts are reflected in the literature and examined as part of professional work.
