V dřívějších dobách běžní lidé neměli tak snadný přístup k informacím jako my dnes. Přesto však byli stejně zvědaví a zajímali se i o fascinující, často těžko uvěřitelné, události. Abstract:
In the past, ordinary people did not have as easy access to information as we do today. However, they were as interested in fascinating and unbelievable events as we are. One of the ways to spread news and even entertainment was to sing a broadside ballads. In this thesis, I try to reveal how this phenomenon reflects the theme of natural disasters.
