Internal Communication in the Church Organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Interní komunikace v církevní organizaci se zabývá analýzou současného stavu vnitřní komunikace v církvi Slovo života Brno. Vzhledem k tomu, že se jedná o neziskovou organizaci využívající služeb dobrovolníků, se tato práce zaměřuje na stav komunikace mezi vedoucími dobrovolnických týmu a členy těchto týmů. Formou zúčastněného pozorování, osobních rozhovorů s vedoucími týmů i dotazníkového šetření s dobrovolníky byl zkoumán stav vzájemné komunikace, její účinnost i bariéry v dosahování stanoveného poslání. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že tato komunikace je účinná pro to, aby mohlo být dosahováno daného poslání týmů. Analýzou výsledků výzkumu byly také zjištěny jisté bariéry v komunikaci, a proto byla navržena doporučení pro jejich odstranění.

Abstract:

The Bachelor's Thesis on the subject of "Internal Communication in the Church Organization" deals with analysis of the current condition of internal communication in the Word of Life Church. In consideration of the fact that this organization is a non-profit organization that exploits work of volunteers, this thesis focuses on the state of communication between the volunteer teams leaders and the volunteer teams members. The state of mutual communication, its effectiveness and barriers, was examined in the form of participant observation, personal conversations with the team leaders and via questionnaire research with the volunteers in achieving the specified objective. It results from the research that this communication is effective in achieving the set team objectives. The research results analysis also shows certain communication barriers, therefore recommendations for their elimina-tion were suggested.
