More effective use of road transport network in the Czech Post the national company

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zefektivněním využití silniční dopravy v rámci přepravní sítě České pošty, s.p. Zaměřuje se na jednu konkrétní relaci v hlavní přepravní síti, konkrétně na trasu Praha - Ústí nad Labem - Praha. Pracuje se zde s myšlenkou částečně nahradit standardní návěsy za dvoupodlažní návěsy 2WIN. Také se zde pojednává o dostavbě úseku dálnice D8 a o jeho přínosu pro hlavní přepravní síť České pošty, s.p.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with improving the efficiency of the use of road transport within the transport network of the Czech Post the National Company. It focuses on one particular session in the main transport network, specifically the route Prague - Ústí nad Labem - Prague. He works here with the idea of replacing the standard trailers for two-storey semi-trailers 2WIN. Also there is discussed here about the completion of the section of motorway D8 and its contribution to the main transport network of the Czech Post the National Company.
