Threaten Analyze of FERN Ltd. with the Admission of New Competitors on Czech Rubber-textile Shoes´ Market.

Abstract:

Jak napovídá název bakalářské práce, hlavním obsahem je analyzování konkurenčního prostředí, ve kterém se firma nachází. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. Konkurenční prostředí jsem rozdělil do několika subsystémů (dílčích prostředí). Nejprve jsem analyzoval prostředí, které ovlivňuje celkové podmínky pro podnikání. Další analýza se týkala trhu s pryžotextilní obuví a určení faktorů zaručující firmě na tomto trhu úspěch. Nedílnou součástí jsou i analýzy vnitřního prostředí firmy. Na základě těchto analýz jsem charakterizoval trh s pryžotextilní obuví, podmínky pro vstup nových konkurentů na tento trh a míru ohrožení firmy nejen vstupem nových konkurentů. Závěr práce je věnován návrhům a doporučením pro udržení a zlepšení současné konkurenceschopnosti firmy.

Abstract:

As says the name of the Bachelor thesis (Threaten Analyse of FERN Ltd. with the Admission of New Competitors on Czech Rubber-textile Shoes´ Market), the substantiality of this work is the analysing of the competitive environment, in which is the company. The thesis is divided into two parts: into theoretical part and into practical part. I divided the competitive environment into few subsystems. First, I analysed the environment, which influences the whole business conditions. The next analysis is connected with the Rubber {--} textile Shoes´ Market and with the determination of the factors, which certain a good result on this market. The entire parts are also the analysis of the inner environment of the firm. On the basis of this analysis I characterized the Rubber {--} textiles Shoes´ Market, the conditions for entering of new competitors on this market and the rate of risk of the company by entering of these new competitors. At the end of this work there are some suggestions and recommendations for preservation and improvement of the company´s current ability to compete
