Diplomová práce na téma „Lékořice – hodnocení genofondu léčivých rostlin“ se zaměřuje na morfologické hodnocení druhů Glycyrrhiza L., stručný popis rostlin umístěných v kolekci genofondu na ZF MENDELU. Součástí laboratorní práce je stanovení obsahu kyseliny glycyrrhizinové ve vzorcích kořenů. Hodnoceny byly vzorky kořenů a vzorky půd z lokality Pouzdřanská step. Abstract:
The diploma thesis on "Licorice - evaluation of the gene pool" focuses on the morphological evaluation of Glycyrrhiza L. species, a brief description of the plants placed in the gene pool collection at MENDELU. The laboratory work includes the determination of glycyrrhizinic acid content in root samples. Root samples and soil samples from the Pouzdřanská steppe site were also evaluated. The results …more
