The influence of modern information media on the motivation and behavior of pupils in secondary vocational schools

Abstract:

Anotace: Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem dnešních informačních médií na chování žáků na odborných učilištích. Sleduje používání těchto prostředků jako podnět k agresi, sociální nevyspělosti a k možné rasové nesnášenlivosti. Zkoumá využití médií ke kladnému účelu jako zdroji informace i k páchání sociální patologie. Soustřeďuje se na žáky středních odborných učilišť. Zkoumá využití internetu a času stráveného prohlížením jeho obsahu, druh obsahu, sledování televizního vysílání a jeho obsahu a psychický dopad na žákovo chování a jednání mezi vrstevníky. Práce se zabývá i hraním počítačových her s násilnou tématikou a možným ovlivněním žákova chování ve školním prostředí. Reakcemi na stresové podněty a následné řešení. Sleduje i pozitivní působení na žáka, v podobě vzdělávacích přínosů.

Abstract:

Annotation: This thesis deals with the influence of today's information media on the behavior of pupils in vocational schools. It monitors the use of these implements as an incentive to aggression, social immaturity and possible racial intolerance. Thesis also examines the use of the media to a positive purpose as a source of information as well as committing social pathology. It focuses on students of secondary vocational schools. There is explained the use of the Internet, the time spent looking at the content, type of content, watching television broadcast, it's content and also psychological impact on pupil behavior as well as behavior among children of the same age. Next issue of thesis deal with playing computer games, which contains violent elements resulting to a possible influence on pupil behavior in the school environment. Reactions to a stressful impulses and subsequent solutions. It monitors a positive effects on the student in terms of educational benefits.
