Abstract:

Diplomová práce Nově přijatí šlechtici na Moravě v letech 1773 ? 1815 vznikla jako součást grantové činnosti GAČR r. č. 404/06/0810 Nová šlechta v českých zemích v 18. a 19. století doc. PhDr. Tomáše Krejčíka, Csc. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. První část se nejdříve zabývá nobilitačním procesem, chtěl-li žadatel o povýšení postoupit výše v rámci šlechtické hierarchie. Dále jsou zde uvedeny podmínky, které byly nutné pro přijetí šlechtice mezi zemskou šlechtu na Moravě. Jednou z podmínek byl zisk českého inkolátu, který šlechtice opravňoval k nákupu a držení zemských statků a zastávat zemské úřady. Po jeho zisku musel šlechtic složit revers k zemi. Největší zájem v této části je věnován třem profesním skupinám ? úřednictvu, důstojníkům a duchovenstvu. Na základě rozboru obou svazků K a L, které tvoří druhou část diplomové práce, se ukázalo, že v období 1773 - 1815 nejvíce zapsaných šlechticů patřilo k profesní skupině zemských či dvorských úředníků. Druhou nejčastější profesí byla služba důstojníků-šlechticů v habsburské armádě a jako třetí byli ve svazcích K a L nejčastěji zapsáni příslušníci duchovenstva. O těchto třech profesních skupinách je pojednáno v jednotlivých kapitolách. Druhá část diplomové práce vychází z Kvaternů majestátů Desk zemských moravských, které celkem tvoří 12 svazků z let 1641 ? 1849. Diplomová práce se zabývá svazkem K (1773 ? 1785) a svazkem L (1786 ? 1815). Z obou svazků byl vypracován katalog, ve kterém jsou zaznamenány vklady nobilitací (povýšení) šlechticů, inkolátů a reversů k zemi. U každého vkladu je dále uveden popis blasonu zapsaného šlechtice a biografické informace o něm, které vycházejí jak z pramene, tak z četných šlechtických lexikonů a literatury.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis Newly accepted noblemen in Moravia in the years 1773 - 1815 was established as part of grant activities GAČR No. 404/06/0810 New aristokracy in the Bohemian countries in the 18th and 19th Century of Doc. PhDr. Tomáš Krejčík, CSc. Diploma thesis consists of two main parts. The first part deals with the first nobility process, if applicant for promotion wanted to rise within the aristocratic hierarchy. There are also described conditions that were necessary for the adoption of a nobleman among the provincial nobility in Moravia. One condition was the granting citizenship which entitled nobleman to purchase and hold land assets and to hold provincial authorities. After its earnings nobleman had to take an oath. The greatest interest in this section is dedicated to the three professional groups - civil servants, officers and clergy. Based on the analysis of both books K and L, which is the second part of this thesis, showed that in the period 1773 - 1815 most noblemen were officials of court or provincial officials. The second most common occupation were service officers-noblemen in the Hapsburg army and the third group were in books K and L the members of the clergy. Separate chapters deal with these three professional groups. The second part of this thesis is based on The Books of Majesty of the Moravian land files, which in total comprised of 12 books from the years 1641 - 1849. This thesis deals with a book K (1773 - 1785) and a book L (1786 - 1815). A catalogue was produced from these two books, in which the deposits of nobilitations, granting citizenship and taking an oath are recorded. For each deposit there is also a description of the registered nobleman?s blazon as well as biographical information about him, based on both the source and many of lexicons of aristocracy and literature.
