Syndrome child abuse and neglect

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se nazývá Syndrom týraného, zanedbávaného a zneužívaného dítěte. Jedná se o teoreticko-aplikační práci. Celá práce je rozdělena do pěti hlavních kapitol z toho první čtyři kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na teoretickou část, ve které bych chtěla objasnit základní pojmy, vysvětlující, co je to syndrom CAN, co je týrání, zneužívání a zanedbávání, jaké mohou být faktory vzniku a prevence syndromu CAN. Dále se chci zaměřit na metody sociální práce s ohroženými dětmi a následnou terapii syndromu CAN, jaké mohou být následky týrání, zneužívání a zanedbávání. Jako poslední se chci zaměřit na orgán sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, jaká je úloha sociálního pracovníka a také na legislativní vymezení. Poslední pátá kapitola se zaměřuje na aplikační část, prostřednictvím analýzy dokumentů a vypracovaných kazuistik je cílem zjistit a popsat metody sociální práce s dětmi trpícími syndromem CAN.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is called Syndrome of the abused, neglected and abused child. This is a theoretical-application work. The whole thesis is divided into five main chapters, of which the first four chapters are focused on the theoretical part, in which I would like to clarify the basic terms explaining what CAN syndrome is, what is abuse, abuse and neglect, what may be the factors of the onset and prevention of CAN syndrome. Furthermore, I want to focus on methods of social work with children at risk and subsequent therapy of CAN syndrome, what can be the consequences of maltreatment, abuse and neglect. Finally, I want to focus on the body for the social and legal protection of children, what is the role of a social worker and also on the legislative definition. The last fifth chapter focuses on the application part, through the analysis of documents and elaborated case reports, the aim is to find out and describe methods of social work with children suffering from CAN syndrome.
