Cílem diplomové práce bylo sledování efektu elicitorů na syntézu fytohormonů cytokininů u rostlinných kalusů tabáku. V práci byly použity elicitory ergosterol a cryptogein. Ergosterol je nízkomolekulární elicitor pocházející z plasmatické membrány hub. Byl přidáván ve formě komplexů s cyklodextrinem a jeho efekt byl srovnáván s cholesterolem, který reakci nevyvolává. Abstract:
The aim of graduation thesis was observe of effect of elicitors on synthesis of plant hormones cytokinins in tobacco suspension cells. Elicitors are substances, that can induce defense responses when applied to plant tissues or cultured-plant cells. I used elicitors ergosterol and cryptogein in my research.
