This thesis addresses restricted environmental stimulation therapy, mainly in chamber REST variant and heart rate variability. Theoretical part consists of history presentation of restricted environmental stimulation therapy, application of those techniques in chamber REST variant in Czech Republic and description of the objects that realize stay in dark.
