Increasing the competitiveness of the company EXPRESS VAN s.r.o.
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu společnosti EXPRES VAN s. r. o. a na její konkurenční společnosti. Cílem práce je navrhnout několik opatření, které povedou ke zvýšení tržního podílu firmy EXPRES VAN. Návrhy na zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti vycházejí především z nedostatků zjištěných z analýzy současného stavu a porovnání služeb, které nabízejí konkurenti.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the company EXPRESS VAN Ltd. and its rival companies. The aim of this work is to propose a number of measures that will lead to an increase in market share of the company EXPRESS VAN.
