Práce popisuje interakci mezi vodohospodářskými úpravami a hydrologickým režimem řeky Kyjovky. V první části práce jsou řešeny fyzicko-geografické podmínky, které mají vliv na odtok vody z povodí. Ve druhé části jsou popsány jednotlivé vodohospodářské úpravy a jejich vliv na hydrologický režim Kyjovky. The work describes the interaction between water management regulations and hydrological regime of the Kyjovka river. The first part deals with the physical-geographic conditions, which affect the drainage of water from the river basin.
