Abstract:

V teto diplomove praci byla navr.ena voltametricka metoda stanoveni sm.si kyselin 2-aminobenzoove a 2-hydroxybenzoove. Stanoveni probihalo na principu anodicke oxidace metodou DC v 0,1 mol.l-1 fosfatovem pufru o pH 7 s vyu.itim indika.ni borem dopovane diamantove elektrody. K vyhodnoceni nelinearni odezvy proudu na stanovovane koncentraci byla pou.ita nelinearni regrese v programu Nelin. Mez stanovitelnosti kyseliny antranilove je 1,74 ?Ęg/ml, u kyseliny salicylove je 0,37 ?Ęg/ml. Mez detekce kyseliny antranilove je 0,52 ?Ęg/ml a 0,11 ?Ęg/ ml u kyseliny salicylove. Metoda je realizovatelna na prakticke vzorky rostlinnych stimulator. r.stu.

Abstract:

In the thesis, a voltammetric method for determining the mixture of 2-aminobenzoic acid and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid was developed. Determination was achieved on the principle of anodic oxidation in the direct current voltammetry in medium of 0.1 mol.l-1 phosphate buffer pH 7 using a boron doped diamond electrode. To evaluate the non-linear response of the current at the assayed concentration non-linear regression program Nelin was used. The limit of quantification of anthranilic acid is 1,74 ěg / ml, with salicylic acid is 0,37 ěg / ml. Anthranilic acid detection limit is 0,52 ěg/ml and for salicylic acid the limit is 0,11 ěg/ml. This method can be used for determining of plant growth stimulators practical samples.
