V teto diplomove praci byla navr.ena voltametricka metoda stanoveni sm.si kyselin 2-aminobenzoove a 2-hydroxybenzoove. Stanoveni probihalo na principu anodicke oxidace metodou DC v 0,1 mol.l-1 fosfatovem pufru o pH 7 s vyu.itim indika.ni borem dopovane diamantove elektrody. Abstract:
In the thesis, a voltammetric method for determining the mixture of 2-aminobenzoic acid and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid was developed. Determination was achieved on the principle of anodic oxidation in the direct current voltammetry in medium of 0.1 mol.l-1 phosphate buffer pH 7 using a boron doped diamond electrode.
