Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na odstraňování kovů z vod za pomocí síran redukujících bakterií. V teoretické části práce je uveden výskyt kovů ve vodách a možnosti jejich odstranění. Následně je pozornost věnována vytipovaným bakteriím Desulfovibrio vulgaris a Desulfobacter hydrogenophilus, které byly vybrány jako vhodné síran redukující bakterie do druhého stupně kolonového systému. This master thesis focuses on the removal of metals from water using sulfate- reducing bacteria. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the occurrence of metals in waters and the possibilities of their removal.
