Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem, jednotlivými metodami a také využitím genové terapie a epigenetiky. Postupně jsou rozebrány metody vnášení genů, tedy virové i nevirové transportní vektory, jednotlivé významné metody genové terapie in vivo a epigenetické úpravy genů. Spolu s tím jsou konkrétně popsána vybraná využití jak metod úpravy genů, tak epigenetických úprav v genové terapii.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the description, methods and also with the application of gene therapy and epigenetics. The methods of gene insertion, such as viral and non-viral transport vectors, the various major methods of in vivo gene therapy and epigenetic gene editing are discussed in turn, including specific applications of both gene editing methods and epigenetic editing in gene therapy.
