Bakalářská práce pojednává o přípravě a síťování hydrogelů na bázi klihu a želatiny pomocí oxidovaného polysacharidu dialdehydu karboxymethylcelulosy (DCMC). Teoretická část popisuje hydrogely, jejich použití a vlastnosti. Dále je zde popsáno fyzikální i chemické síťování hydrogelů. Stručně je zde popsána výroba, vlastnosti a použití želatiny.
