Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se budu zabývat konstrukcí řezacího stroje na tištěné spoje. Tento stroj bude sloužit pro odřezávání elektronických součástek z povrchu PC desek. Stroj bude konstruován jako pásová pila. V praktické části byly stanoveny silové poměry pro řezání desky plošného spoje. Dále 2D a 3D model řezacího stroje byl vytvořen v programu Autodesk Inventor 11 Professional.
Abstract:
In my thesis I examine the construction of cutting machines for printed circuit boards. This machine will be used to cut the electronic components from the surface of PC boards. The machine is designed as a band saw. The practical part of the force ratios were determined for cutting PCB. Furthermore, 2D and 3D model of the cutting machine was created in Autodesk Inventor 11 Professional.
