Tato diplomová práce se zabývá izolací, purifikací a frakcionací fosfopeptidů mikrogradientovou chromatografií na kolonách se stacionární fází s oxidem titaničitým a následnou analýzou frakcí pomocí hmotnostní spektrometrie. Abstract:
This thesis deals with microgradinet chromatography using titanium dioxide solid phase for isolation, purification and fractionation of phosphopeptides with mass spectrometry used for its analysis of fractions afterwards. Simple mixtures of digested standard proteins -casein, bovine serum albumin and phosvitin were used to optimization of microgradient separation and fractionation of phosphopeptides …more
