This dissertation analyzes historical, current situation and prospects for stock market in the Czech Republic in comparison with neighboring exchange markets in Warsaw, Wien and Budapest. It deals with the evaluation of the problems associated with the operation of the Prague Stock Exchange in the trading of securities, while seeking to show new trends of development and behavior.
