This thesis analyses the flow phenomenon and its relations to passion, subjective well-being and self-esteem. The theoretical part presents history of music and its utilising and effects on humans. Diplomová práca skúma fenomén flow u hudobníkov a jeho súvislosti s vášňou, subjektívnym well-being a sebehodnotením. Teoretická časť nás zasväcuje do histórie hudby a jej využití a účinkov na človeka. Vysvetľuje fenomén flow, odhaľuje modely a jeho 9 dimenzií.
