The emergence and development of criminology.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je podat ucelený pohled na vznik a vývoj kriminalistiky napříč historií v různých částech světa. První část je věnována všeobecné historii kriminalistiky s ukázkou důležitých milníků. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na samostatný vývoj kriminalistiky ve světě. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na vývoj kriminalistiky v Rusku a jejich zajímavých okamžiků. Čtvrtá a pátá kapitola je zaměřena na země střední a východní Evropy, ale také na ekonomicky vyspělé země. Poslední tři kapitoly jsou věnované samotnému konceptu kriminalistiky s ukázkou osobností, kterým se podařilo zapsat své jméno do hlavních pilířů kriminalistiky. Na úplném konci této práce nalezneme vybrané kriminalistické metody, zejména trasologii a balistiku.

Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor essay is to give overall view on origin and development of criminology across history in different parts of the world. The first chapter is dedicated to general history of criminology with examples of significant milestone.The second chapter is focused on development of the criminology in the world itself. The third chapter is focused on development of criminology in Russia and it’s most important moments.The forth and fifth chapters are focused on the countries of the central and the east of Europe, but also on the economically developed countries. The last three chapters are dedicated to the concept of criminology with an examples of personalities who’s names were written into the pillars of criminology. At the very end of this essay can be found selected methods of criminology, mainly trasology and ballistics.
