Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá postavením zástupců zaměstnanců v pracovněprávních vztazích. V úvodní části je vymezeno pracovní právo, jako právní odvětví. V další části se práce věnuje pracovněprávním vztahům, vznikajícím při výkonu závislé práce mezi zaměstnanci a zaměstnavateli a jejich odlišení od jiných právních vztahů. The work addresses the position of employee representatives in labour relationships. The introduction provides the definition of labour law as a branch of law. The next part is focused on labour relationships originating during employment between employees and employers and their distinguishing from other legal relationships.
