Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje, analyzuje stavební činnost v národním parku, dále se zabývá způsoby hospodaření s majetkem v příspěvkové organizaci. Součástí práce je analýza hospodaření s majetkem a také dopad na realitní trh vlivem vzniku Národního parku Šumava.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis describes and analyses the construction activity in the Šumava National Park, it also deals with the forms of property management in an allowance organization. Integral part of this work is the analysis of property management and also the impact of the institution of Šumava National Park on the property market.
