Molekulárně genetická charakteristika mery černožilné (Cacopsylla melanoneura)
Molecular characterisation of psyllid Cacopsylla melanoneura
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá charakteristikou mér, najmä z r. Cacopsylla, ich molekulárnou detekciou, s dôrazom na Cacopsylla melanoneura, vektora fytoplazmy Candidatus Phytoplasma mali, pôvodcu ochorenia proliferácie jabloní. Teoretická časť bakalárskej práce sa zameriava na zhrnutie poznatkov o mérach, ich výskytu, biológii vrátane životného cyklu, pričom charakterizuje zástupcu patriaceho do tejto …moreAbstract:
This bachelor's thesis deals with the characterisation of psyllids, especially of the genus Cacopsylla, their molecular detection, with emphasis on Cacopsylla melanoneura, a vector of the phytoplasma Candidatus Phytoplasma mali, the causal agent of apple proliferation disease. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on summarising the knowledge of psyllids, their occurrence, biology including their …more
