První část práce se zabývá hodnocením významu běžně používaných natiuretických peptidů (BNP a NT-proBNP) u stabilních pacientů po akutním infarktu myokardu s elevacemi ST úseku (STEMI). Elevace natriuretických peptidů v akutní fázi infarktu myokardu predikuje výskyt akutního srdečního selhání a je spojena s vyšší mortalitou pacientů. The aim of first part of this work was to indentify the value of commonly used natriuretic peptides (BNP and NT-proBNP) in stable survivors of acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI).
