Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce je vytvoření vzdělávacího projektu, který by umožnil proškolit co možná největší počet pracovníků organizace a tím získat vědomosti a co nejširší orientaci v nové legislativě, která může mít vliv na jejich výchovnou činnost. Dílčím cílem diplomové práce by měla být úspora finančních prostředků organizace, která by měla vzniknout hromadným proškolením co možná největšího počtu pracovníků najednou, místo toho, aby se školil každý pracovník individuálně na kurzech, které jsou realizovány různými školícími agenturami.

Abstract:

The aim of my thesis is to create an educational project that would allow to train the greatest possible number of employees of the organization and therefore gain knowledge and the widest possible orientation in the new legislation that may have an affect on their educational activity. The partial aim of the thesis should be saving organizations funds that should be accomplished by collective trainig of the highest possible number of employees at once, instead of training every employee individually in the courses implemented by various training agencies.
