Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o radiačně indukované fibróze myokardu, která se může projevit u pacientů podstupujících hrudní radioterapii a dále je ohrožovat i po léčbě. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na patogenezi a léčbu radiačně indukované fibrózy myokardu, dále pak na radioterapii, která může poškození myokardu způsobit. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with radiation-induced myocardial fibrosis, which can occur in patients undergoing thoracic radiotherapy and further threaten them after treatment. The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis focuses on the pathogenesis and treatment of radiation induced myocardial fibrosis, as well as radiotherapy, which can cause myocardial damage.
