Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce ,,Dostupnost lokálních potravin: Sociální inkluzivita alternativních potravinových iniciativ“ je zkoumání vybraných typů současných potravinových alternativ. V práci jsou představeny příklady českých a zahraničních iniciativ, které byly autorkou zkoumány metodami kvalitativního výzkumu. Důraz je kladen na sociální inkluzivitu zkoumaných iniciativ: pro koho jsou inkluzivní a jakými nástroji je inkluzivity dosahováno. Teoreticky je práce rámována koncepty jiných ekonomik autorek Gibson-Graham a konceptem matice lidských potřeb Max-Neefa.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: ,,Accessibility of Local Food: Social Inclusiveness of Alternative Food Production and Distribution Initiatives“ is to explore selected contemporary food alternatives. The author introduces the examples of initiatives both from Czech republic and from abroad.The qualitative research methods were used to examine these initiatives. The emphasis is given of the aspect of social inclusiveness of the initiatives, more specifically for whom are the initiatives socially inclusive and which tools are used to reach the inclusivity of the initiatives.The theoretical framing of the thesis is provided by the concepts of diverse economies by Gibson-Graham and the concept of matrix of needs by Maf-Neef.
