Abstract:

Cílem absolventské práce je zaměření na problematiku péče soudu o nezletilé a výkon rozhodnutí o výchově nezletilých dětí. Součástí absolventské práce je vymezení forem úpravy poměrů dítěte po rozvodu manželství a typy náhradní rodinné péče. Dále práce popisuje stanovení a vymáhání výživného soudem a problematiku mezinárodních únosů dětí.

Abstract:

The goal of this graduate thesis is the focus on the issues of under-age care of the court and the decision-making of upbringing the underaged children. This thesis includes the definition of forms of the arrangements for child contact after the divorce of the marriage and types of alternative family care. The thesis also deals with the description of determination and enforcement of alimony by the court and with the international abduction of children problematics.
