Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá legislativno - právnou úpravou ochrany hospodárskej súťaže v SR a EU. V našej práci sme analyzovali výkon ochrany a tvorby hospodárskej súťaže v SR a ČR, ktoré vykonáva Protimonopolný úrad SR a úrad pre ochranu hospodárskej súťaže v ČR.
