Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou institutu smluvní limitace náhrady škody v českém obchodním právu. Obsahuje jak analýzu právní úpravy a přípustnosti smluvní limitace de lege lata, tak inspirační zdroje a úvahy de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with legal regulation of the institute of the contractual limitation of damages in Czech commercial law. It contains both the analysis of allowance of the contractual limitation of damages de lege lata, and inspiratory origins and contemplations de lege ferenda.
