Changes In Taxonomy Of "\kur{Arcobacter}-like Species"

Abstract:

Bakterie rodu Arcobacter jsou popsány od roku 1991 a patří mezi zoonotické potenciálně patogenní bakterie. Po mnoha letech došlo k reklasifikaci v rámci taxonomie Arcobacter-like species bakterií. O této problematice pojednává tato bakalářská práce. Cílem bylo na základě vědeckých publikací zaměřit se na Arcobacter spp. z historického hlediska, shrnout poznatky o současné taxonomii, charakterizovat aktuální druhy a popsat další změny, ke kterým došlo v posledních několika letech.

Abstract:

Bacteria of the genus Arcobacter have been described since 1991 and they belong among the zoonotic potentially pathogenic bacterie. After many years, it was reclassified within the taxonomy of Arcobacter-like species. This bachelor deals with this issue. This aim of the work was to focus on Arcobacter spp. from a historical point of view, to summarize the findings on current taxonomy, to characterize current species and to describe other changes that have occurred in the last few years.
