Protection against unfair competition in Czech law
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o ochraně proti nekalé soutěži v českém právu. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza platné právní úpravy ochrany proti nekalé soutěži v českém právu a právu evropském. Diplomová práce se člení na pět kapitol a devět podkapitol. V poslední kapitole jsou pak uvedeny konkrétní případy, které doplňují celou problematiku.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with protection against unfair competition in czech law. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the valid legal regulation protection against unfair competition in czech law and european law. The thesis is divided into five chapters and nine subchapters. In the last chapter, there are specific cases that complement the whole issue.
