Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá historickým vývojem pivovarů v době podnikatele a sládka Antona Webera a jeho potomků v Karlových Varech (Rybářích) a v Ostrově nad Ohří od druhé poloviny 19. století až do první poloviny 20. století. Tato práce není jen o hospodářském a technickém vývoji pivovarů, ale také o Antonu Weberovi, o jeho rodině, místu narození, dětství, kariéře, svatbě, o založení pivovaru v Rybářích a také o konci jeho života. Jeho kariéra je velice zajímavá a zachycuje cestu od řemeslníka až k aristokratické společnosti. Tato práce zachycuje život německých zaměstnanců v pivovaru v Rybářích, změny v roce 1945 a nucený odsun těchto lidí do Německa a Rakouska. V této práci jsou také spousta li technik a dobových dokumentů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with a historical development of breweries in time of an entrepreneur and brewer Anton Weber and his descendants in Karlovy Vary (Rybare) and Ostrov nad Ohri from the second half of the 19th century to the first half of the 20th century. This work is not only about an economic and technician development but also about Anton Weber, about his family, birthplace, childhood, career, wedding, about foundation brewery in Rybare and also about the end of his life. His career is very interesting career and means the way from craftsman to aristocratic society. This work demonstrates life of the Germany and Austria staff in brewery in Rybare, the changes in 1945 and consecutive evacuation of these people to Germany. In this work there are also lots if technician and period documents.
