Cílem bakalářské práce je popis a zhodnocení firemní kultury britské společnosti Lake Vyrnwy Hotel and Spa. Úvodní kapitola je zaměřena na výklad pojmů souvisejících s firemní kulturou, národní kulturou a etickým kodexem. The aim of bachelor thesis is decription and evaluation of corporate culture of british company Lake Vyrnwy Hotel and Spa. First chapter is focused on interpretation of terms related with corporate culture, national culture and code of ethics.
