Evaluation of the Krásná Lípa town development program

Abstract:

Text analyzuje strategické plánování a realizaci cílů města Krásná Lípa. Zdůrazňuje důležitost kombinace externí firmy a pověřeného pracovníka pro odborné zpracování programu s nadhledem nad obecní problematikou. Popisuje způsob zpracování programu rozvoje obce, včetně zapojení veřejnosti a úlohu starosty. Dále se zaměřuje na strukturu programu, analytickou a návrhovou část, a kritéria hodnocení plánu rozvoje obce, jako jsou účelnost, účinnost, úspornost, užitečnost a udržitelnost. Text také diskutuje o druzích evaluací a zvolených metodách zpracování dat, včetně kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod. Důraz je kladen na průběžnou evaluaci a propojení různých metod sběru dat. Celkově text poskytuje ucelený pohled na strategické plánování a hodnocení programu rozvoje města Krásná Lípa s důrazem na odbornost, zapojení veřejnosti a efektivitu realizace cílů obce.

Abstract:

The text analyzes the strategic planning and implementation of goals for the city of Krásná Lípa. It emphasizes the importance of combining an external company and a designated employee for the professional development of the program with an overview of local issues. The text describes the process of developing the urban development program, including public participation and the role of the mayor. It also focuses on the structure of the program, including the analytical and design part, and the criteria for evaluating the urban development program, such as purposefulness, effectiveness, efficiency, usefulness, and sustainability. The text also discusses different types of evaluations and selected methods of data processing, including quantitative and qualitative methods. Emphasis is placed on continuous evaluation and the integration of different data collection methods. Overall, the text provides a comprehensive view of strategic planning and the evaluation of the urban development program for the city of Krásná Lípa, with an emphasis on professionalism, public participation, and the effectiveness of achieving community goals.
