Analysis of basic data registers of public service

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování analýzy současného stavu základních registrů a na jejím základě navrhnout možná zlepšení těchto registrů. Po úvodu následuje popis základních registrů, historie vývoje registrů a příklady fungování základních registrů. Dále je v analytické části popsáno jejich postavení ve veřejné správě. Hlavní důraz je kladen na právní úpravu základních registrů. V praktické části je provedena analýza registrů a dotazníkové šetření. Analýza je zaměřena na zjištění vazeb na další registry a informační systémy a rovněž na vedení duplicitních evidencí. Na základě analýzy je provedena návrhová část.

Abstract:

The goal of my bachelor thesis is to compile the analyse of the present situation of basic registers and propose possible improvements of these registers. The theoretical part includes description of basic registers, history of the registers and examples of basic registers operating. Furthermore there are defined their positions in the public administration. The main emphasis is aimed at legal regulations of basic registers. The practical part is based on the analyse of registrs and questionnaire research. The analyse focuses on ties to other registers, information systems and keeping duplicate registers. On the basis of analyse is created the project part.
