Abstract:
Výsledkem této práce je metoda "Stanovení methanolu a ethanolu v destilátech". Tato metoda byla vyvíjena a optimalizována na přístroji DANI Master GC Fast Gas Chromatograph. Byly popsány postupy nástřiku, nastavování přístroje a detekce analytů, které jsou využity spolu s vyvinutou metodou na katedře chemie FPE ZČU v Plzni. As a result of this work the method "Determination of methanol and ethanol in spirits" has been developed. This method was created and optimized on instrument DANI Master GC Fast Gas Chromatograph.
